Tutu Theatre’s Sea Witch Romantic Tutu Rental features graduated layers of tulle in blacks and purples, cut to create points and finished with a roll hem. Some crystals are scattered throughout the skirt to catch the light during choreography. The bodice has a sweetheart style neckline and is made with black lace laid over purple bengaline, alternating with sections of black bengaline. The attached black mesh sleeves are optional, and are finished with black Swarovski crystals.
